We are looking for dedicated commercial/residential cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic and detail-oriented, and will be responsible for cleaning both residential and commercial property on a daily basis. This includes tasks like vacuuming, mopping, wiping down surfaces and bathrooms, as well as general cleaning. This is a monthly contract. About 4 hours a day, $1,400 paid out monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Vacuum and dust hard surfaces, including floors, tables, walls, and countertops.
- Be able to bend and kneel, lift items up to twenty pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
- Be able to regulate temperature by turning off fans and light fixtures, opening windows or doors, turning on air conditioning, or using fans as needed.
- Clean bathrooms, toilets, sinks and tubs with bathrooms.
