We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Call Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to sell services, collect information, or set appointments for follow-up calls. The primary goal is to meet or exceed established sales goals and call volume expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a predetermined script
- Communicate service information to customers, answer their questions, and overcome objections.
- Build rapport with customers and establish relationships with them.
- Record information about customer interactions and transactions in a database.
- Keep up-to-date with products, services, and promotions to accurately respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
