Mid-level Full Stack Developer - Permanent Hire - Product Development

Company Information:

• A product development company working on a very meaningful projects in the health care sphere, aiming to decrease preventable surgical complications.
• An opportunity to work on interesting Virtual reality and 3D application.
• The office is based in Helsinki. Remote work is allowed, however a couple of visits a month is advised.
• It is a small but growing company, allowing for opportunities to grow professionally within the company.

Project Information:

• Working as a part of the team of 30 people on various development tasks, contributing to key decisions.
• Developing a custom CMS portal used by medical professionals.
• Developing an SaaS learning platform that is focused on the needs of medical professionals.
• Developing single-page applications.
• Transferring the front end from the old version of Vue to React.

Required Experience:

• English fluency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with back end development of Ruby on Rails or similar (NodeJS)
• Database design experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience of front end development with a modern front end framework.

Not required, but beneficial experience:

• Finnish fluency.
• A degree in computer science or another relevant area.
• Experience with anatomy viewer which utilizes BabylonJS.
