We are excited to invite expressions of interest for a Corporate Services Assistant to join our regional office in Newcastle
We are looking for an energetic, people person who is looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role would suit a person who has an administration or hospitality background with proven experience providing front of house and administrative support services.

In this role you will:- Coordinate concierge and reception to ensure all visitors to the office and phone calls are taken and directed with 5-star customer service.
- Greeting and building relationships with clients to provide a positive KPMG experience.
- Coordination of meeting rooms and support with the planning and delivery of the corporate functions hosted in the office, including AV and technology assistance where required.
- Provide support as directed by the Business Support Team Coordinator and wider office, including forming relationships with peers.
- Keeping systems up to date.
- Organise and track catering requests
- Process office accounts and support with operational and facility management
- Support with the on-boarding and off-boarding of KPMG employees and assist with IT co-ordination

- A positive, self-motivated and energised demeanour. Able to work solely and as a team.
- Strong attention to detail who takes pride in their outputs and thinks outside the box.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous administration or hospitality, front of house experience
- Confident using technology with the ability and can-do attitude to pick up new systems and processes.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to learning
- A willingness to support your colleagues and get involved in things outside the scope of your role
- Intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, with other skills also considered favourably
