What you’ll be doing
- Planning and assisting with execution of marketing campaigns for our global clients (this may include clients in Malaysia, USA, UK and/or AU)
- Helping to set up email campaigns and automation workflows.
- Diving into analytics of marketing campaigns and reporting data, with suggestions for improvement, to your team lead
- Coordinating with our functional teams (e.g. ads, web dev, SEO, design) to successfully execute marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitor analyses and other market research to gain actionable insights
- Assisting project managers with other client work they might require help with
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- Marketing agency experience is preferred
- Think strategically but also be action-oriented
- Great communicator with interpersonal skills, comfortable coordinating with our global marketing team through online channels
- Experience with marketing tools, like HubSpot, SEMrush, Google marketing tools, etc. is an added advantage
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in English; Malay and Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
