Job Description

Infrateq Group Nordics is now looking for a System Developer to be responsible for:

researching and developing of new products, improving existing products, building product budgets, and overseeing the successful execution of a product´s go to market plan. Work closely with different teams to ensure product related projects are completed according to schedule and budget.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes and/or improvement on existing products.
  • Monitor trends B2C that can be converted to B2B by attending exhibitions, webinars, seminars etc.
  • Determine the need for training/hold trainings linked to new and/or improved products.
  • Ensure that key stakeholders within Infrateq are kept well informed with accurate and timely information of progress, risks, and issues.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions and communication to external engineering teams, including budget monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful product development and implementation.
  • Define, standardize, and document all installation processes and ensure they are followed consistently to agreed standards.
  • Be part of third line support if required.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a System Developer or similar role
  • Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
  • Communication skills for working with management personnel.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems.
  • Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets and schedules simultaneously.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications

  • Communication clearly and effectively at all levels
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with external parties and colleagues.

Additional Information

You will report to our Operations Director Love Möller in Stockholm, Sweden.

The open position is at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.

Scandinavian speaking and English are essential.
